Jan Wipke (right), head of the Smart.Production:Lab of IT:City, presents the technology of a driver-free transportation vehicle (FTF) to His Royal Highness Prince Carl Philip of Sweden. So-called mecanum-wheels enable the FTF, which will assist the inhouse-logistics at the autonomous transport of goods in future, an omnidirectional and highly flexible movement in all directions.
